Meet the Founder & CEO
Jaime Avenelle Renard started the company with one simple goal: bridging the communication gap between design professional, the construction community and the client. After working as a dedicated project manager for a local contractor while obtaining her NCIDQ and Florida Design License it was clear the current industry standards were not allowing for a positive construction experience.

After 7 years of dedicated research and advancement, Avenelle is expanding. Beginning Summer 2026, we are growing into a four-department firm with a formal apprenticeship program, a trade-based showroom, and a community outreach initiative on the horizon. Built from the ground up. Built to last. Redefining the Industry.

I do this work because I believe people deserve better than the renovation experience they’re usually given. Confused timelines. Miscommunications between contractors and designers. Budgets that spiral. Clients who feel like an afterthought in their own project. I’ve seen it too many times, and I knew there was a better way.
That’s what I built Avenelle to be. Not just a design firm — a firm that manages the whole picture. Design and the build. Vision and the logistics. The beautiful and the practical, together.

I want to build something that outlasts me. A firm that trains the next generation of designers and project managers with real values — not just technical skills. A company that gives back to the communities it serves, that runs on a win-win philosophy at every level. I’m already building that with the people around me, and the roadmap ahead makes me more excited about this work than ever.
